Acceptance of Terms

By registering, accessing or using any part of the mekdi888 platform, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions stated in this document and our Privacy Policy. This acceptance is conditional and complete — you may not accept part of these terms while rejecting other parts.

Each user is only permitted to register and maintain one active account. Registering more than one account, whether using different names, phone numbers, emails or payment methods, is prohibited and will result in all related accounts being frozen and balances forfeited.

mekdi888 reserves the right to request users to submit identity verification documents at any time, including a copy of their identity card (MyKad) or passport, as part of the account verification process. Failure to submit the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary restriction or closure of the account.

Account Security

Users are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their username and account password. Users are advised to:

• Choose a strong password that combines uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and symbols.
• Not share login information with any party, including family members.
• Log out of the account each time after using a public or shared device.
• Report immediately any suspicious activity or unauthorised access to the mekdi888 support team.

mekdi888 will not be liable for any loss arising from a user disclosing their login information to a third party. However, we are committed to investigating any report of account theft promptly.

Deposits and Withdrawals

mekdi888 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH.

Deposit terms:

• The minimum deposit amount per transaction is RM20 for all payment methods.
• Deposits must be made using an account or e-wallet registered in the same user's name. Deposits from third parties are not accepted.
• Deposited funds will be credited to the mekdi888 account once payment confirmation is received.

Withdrawal terms:

• The minimum withdrawal amount per transaction is RM100.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes after the request is approved.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to an account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the mekdi888 account.
• mekdi888 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing large withdrawals or withdrawals considered unusual.

Bonus and Promotions Policy

All bonuses and promotions offered by mekdi888 are subject to the wagering requirements specified. Users are advised to read the terms of each bonus carefully before accepting it.

Welcome Bonus: New users are eligible to receive a welcome bonus of 100% of the first deposit amount, up to a maximum of RM1,000. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 20 times the bonus value before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

Wagering requirement calculation examples:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM100 → Account balance RM200 → Total wagering required: RM100 × 20 = RM2,000
• Deposit RM2,200 → Bonus RM1,000 → Account balance RM3,200 → Total wagering required: RM1,000 × 20 = RM20,000

mekdi888 reserves the right to cancel any bonus suspected of being obtained through illegitimate means, including the use of multiple accounts or violation of the specified wagering requirements. mekdi888's decision in this matter is final.

Betting Rules

All bets placed on the mekdi888 platform are final once confirmed by the system. Users are responsible for ensuring that bet details are accurate before confirming any betting transaction.

In certain situations such as technical errors, system disruptions or circumstances beyond mekdi888's control, the platform reserves the right to cancel or adjust affected bets. Users will be notified through their account if this occurs.

mekdi888 reserves the right to limit or refuse bets from any user without providing a reason, particularly where there are signs of match manipulation, fraud, or exploitation of system errors.

Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on the mekdi888 platform:

• Registering more than one account or using a false identity during registration.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes or betting results.
• Using automation software, bots, or other technical tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Abusing the bonus system, including but not limited to bonus arbitrage and hedged betting that violates bonus terms.
• Using the mekdi888 platform for money laundering or any activity that is contrary to the law.
• Threatening, harassing, or behaving rudely towards customer support staff.

Account Closure and Restrictions

mekdi888 reserves the right to close, restrict, or suspend a user's account at any time for reasons including but not limited to:

• A user's own request to close their account.
• Confirmation that the user provided false information during registration.
• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Death of the user — in which case, the lawful next of kin must contact the mekdi888 support team to process a balance claim.
• Account inactivity for a period defined by the platform's internal policy.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the mekdi888 customer support team via live chat or email. All eligible balances not subject to wagering requirements will be processed for withdrawal once the account closure is complete.

Limitation of Liability

mekdi888 provides its platform "as is" and makes no guarantees regarding continuous availability, accuracy of information, or fitness for any particular purpose. That said, we are committed to maintaining high service standards to ensure a consistent user experience.

Under no circumstances will mekdi888 be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses suffered by users as a result of using or being unable to use the platform, including losses arising from technical disruptions, cyberattacks, or circumstances beyond our control.

mekdi888's liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the amount of funds held in the user's account at the time of the relevant incident.

Amendments to Terms and Conditions
